Yes. All new extension clients require a consultation. This appointment allows us to assess your natural hair, recommend the right method, and complete a precise colour match. A deposit is required to secure and order your extensions before your fitting.

Longevity depends on the method, your hair growth, and how well you care for your extensions. Most permanent extensions require maintenance or move-ups every 6–10 weeks. Your stylist will outline a personalised maintenance plan during your consultation.

When applied correctly and maintained properly, professional human hair extensions should not damage your natural hair. We only use leading methods designed to protect hair health, and we’ll guide you through the right at-home care to keep both your natural hair and your extensions healthy.

Application is charged at $160–$180 per hour, which includes blending, cutting, and styling.
Removal is $25 per pack, and re-taping is $50 per pack.

You’ll receive personalised aftercare during your appointment, but general guidelines include:

– Avoiding root tension when brushing

Yes. We offer made-to-order Clip-In and Halo extensions. These require a consultation to ensure a perfect colour match and comfortable fit.

Timing depends on the method and amount of hair being installed. Most appointments range from 1.5 to 4 hours. We’ll give you an estimate during your consultation based on your customised plan.

Extensions can be toned or customised by your stylist, but we do not recommend lightening them. Your stylist will ensure the extensions are ordered in the closest and safest match to your desired final colour.

Yes, but with care. Salt water, chlorine, and frequent sweating can dry out both natural hair and extensions. We recommend tying your hair up during swimming, rinsing afterwards, and using hydrating products regularly.
