Terms and Conditions for Edwards and Co Gift Cards

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, and use of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Edwards and Co ("Edwards and Co"). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Promotional Card Usage:

   • Promotional cards can only be used during the stated time periods as specified on the card or in the promotional offer.
   • The promotional value of the card will expire after the stated promotional period, and any remaining balance will not be redeemable.

2. Recipient Eligibility:

   • Gift cards can only be used with Edwards and Co employees and cannot be used for services provided by freelancers affiliated with Edwards and Co.

3. No Refunds:

   • Edwards and Co Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Expiration:

   • The standard expiration period for Gift Cards is three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the card.
   • Promotional cards may have different expiration dates as stated in the promotion. Please refer to the promotional offer for specific details.

5. Participating Salon:

   • Gift Cards must be used at participating Edwards and Co salon locations only. Please check with the salon for a list of participating locations.

6. Use for Services Only:

   • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for physical products and are only valid for salon services offered by Edwards and Co.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards:

   • Edwards and Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash.

8. Balance Inquiry:

   • You can check the remaining balance on your Gift Card by visiting the Edwards and Co salon or by calling our customer service line.

9. Card Usage Limits:

   • Gift Cards may be used to purchase salon services up to the available balance on the card. Additional payment methods may be required for transactions exceeding the card balance.

10. Resale Prohibited:

    • Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value. Any such resale or transfer will invalidate the Gift Card.

11. Modification of Terms:

    • Edwards and Co reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

12. Compliance with Law:

    • Use of Gift Cards is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and Gift Cards may not be used in a manner that is unlawful or violates any Edwards and Co policies.

By purchasing, redeeming, or using an Edwards and Co Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Edwards and Co reserves the right to refuse service, cancel, or deactivate any Gift Card if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Gift Card is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in any other manner inconsistent with applicable law.
